Well, I've finally mustered up enough courage to say goodbye to my
old blog. For whatever reason, there were those who found my previous
blog to be offensive, so rather than "write on eggshells", I halted any
additions from that point. It's been a couple of years now (more like 5), so I've
decided to give it another shot... new name, new address, new beginning
(and not so publicized). My purpose is not to offend; but to glorify
God by sharing what He has taught me, and what He continues to teach me
each day. At some point, I'd like to incorporate some Bible study in,
as well.
If any of the above, then, does happen to be
offensive, I make no apologies. My prayer is that all who find their
way to this neck of the woods would also find encouragement and hope,
no matter what their circumstances. The only source of hope we have is
in Christ Jesus... and again, He is the One I choose to glorify here.
Please
feel free to come back often. I can't commit to posting every single
day. Life does get busy sometimes. But I'll try not to stretch them
too far between. Grab a cup of coffee and meet me in front of the barn, and
together we'll see how glory blooms.
